Each valid rebate code may be redeemed toward one eligible 4″ Hunter Suppressor. Where available, the rebate may be applied toward an eligible suppressor upgrade, with the customer responsible for any price difference. The rebate applies to the suppressor only and does not include the required HUB Adapter, shipping or handling, taxes, transfer taxes, ATF/NFA-related fees, FFL/SOT fees, dealer fees, or any other applicable charges. All products, configurations, finishes, calibers, and upgrade options are subject to availability. Rebate codes have no cash value and may not be duplicated, altered, or fraudulently generated. Codes may be transferred or gifted to another eligible person but may not be combined with other discounts or promotions unless expressly authorized. Suppressors must be transferred through a qualified FFL/SOT, and the customer is responsible for selecting the FFL/SOT and paying all associated transfer, processing, storage, tax, and other third-party fees. A compatible HUB Adapter is required and must be purchased separately; the customer is responsible for confirming compatibility with their firearm and intended setup. This promotion is available only where suppressors are legal and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Redemption of a rebate code does not guarantee eligibility or completion of a transfer. In the event of a returned or cancelled qualifying purchase, chargeback, fraudulent or unauthorized use, ineligibility, or violation of these terms, Backdraft Suppressors reserves the right to void or cancel the rebate, redemption, or order and recover the promotional value where applicable. Due to the regulated nature of suppressors, orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund after shipment, transfer, or required paperwork has begun, except where required by law. Backdraft Suppressors reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate this promotion, change eligible products or requirements, substitute products of equal or greater value when necessary, or deny or revoke any redemption involving misuse, fraud, error, ineligibility, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
