Barrels are made to order, and lead times vary by barrel type and selected options:

• Match Precision Barrels: 2–4 weeks for stainless. Nitride and fluting may add an additional 2–4 weeks.
• Backdraft Barrels: 4–6 weeks. Nitride may add an additional 2–4 weeks.
• Carbon Fiber – Mirage Reducing Barrels: 6–8 weeks for stainless; 8–12 weeks for nitride barrels.
• AR Barrels: Please refer to the current lead time listed on the product page.

Chassis and other in-stock parts typically ship within 3 business days.

• Production not started: No fee to modify.
• Production started: Modifying the order means starting a new barrel from scratch, so a $65 remanufacturing fee + $35 restocking fee applies. Canceling requires a $35 restocking fee.

Incorrect or Defective Part Form

First, check your packing slip. Your order may have been split into multiple shipments so available items could ship sooner. The packing slip will only list the items included in your current shipment; any remaining items will ship separately at a later date.

If your packing slip shows that an item should have been included in the shipment but is missing, please complete the Missing Item Report below. Our team will review your request and follow up with further steps within 3 business days.

Yes. If you’d like available items shipped separately from the rest of your order, please complete the Split Order Shipment Form. A $15 fee will apply to cover the additional shipping associated with this request.

This policy applies to orders that have already shipped. All items must be unused and returned in their original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for verifying product specifications, selections, and compatibility before placing an order. Incorrectly ordered products are subject to the applicable return or exchange terms and fees listed below.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping costs associated with a return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment declines are most commonly caused by a billing address mismatch. Make sure the billing address entered at checkout matches the address your card issuer has on file. If your payment is still declined, please contact your card issuer to verify your information and determine the reason for the decline.

No. Only one discount or promotional offer may be applied per order. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined or stacked.

We can ship barrels directly to customers in all states except California.

California customers must order their barrel through a local FFL dealer. Please contact your local dealer for assistance with placing your order.

Due to ITAR and EAR regulations, we do not ship outside the US.

You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once the order has shipped.

Occasionally UPS may take extra time to scan in a package or may run late. If you believe your package is lost, or there's been no tracking movement, please allow two weeks from the last update before taking further action. If there's still no movement after two weeks, please file a claim with UPS and contact us at info@getoutlier.com.
