Outlier barrels return and restocking
Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the total purchase price, minus the restocking fee (see below). The item must be in original condition.
Restocking fee:
If a customer receives a barrel and wishes to return it, Outlier will charge a $120.00 restocking fee. This fee applies per barrel. Example: Customer orders 3 barrels and returns all 3, the restocking fee charged to the customer would be $360.00 ($120.00 X 3).
Exceptions:
Outlier reserves the right to reject returns that are damaged or show signs of wear. Barrels received free from promotions, such as but not limited to the BOGO (Buy one get one), cannot be returned. Additionally these free barrels hold no cash value or credit upon return. If a customer wants to return a barrel obtained from a promotion, shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer..
Outlier barrels order change policy:
Outlier will charge a $35.00 adjustment fee for any barrel order modified prior to shipping.
Outlier Modular Micro-Chassis (M.M.C.) return and restocking
Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the total purchase price, minus the restocking fee (see below). The item must be in original condition.
Restocking fee:
If a customer receives an M.M.C. and wishes to return it, Outlier will charge a $75.00 restocking fee. This fee applies per chassis (M.M.C.). Example: Customer orders 3 M.M.C. and returns all 3, the restocking fee charged to the customer would be $225.00 ($75.00 X 3).
Exceptions:
Outlier reserves the right to reject returns that are damaged or show signs of wear. Items received free from promotions, including but not limited to the BOGO (Buy one get one) promotion, must be returned as well. Return postage for free items is the responsibility of the customer. Once the items have been verified and received, Outlier will process the return.
Outlier returns (except barrels and chassis’)
Eligibility:

Items received free from promotions, including but not limited to the BOGO (Buy one get one) promotion, must be returned as well. Return postage for free items is the responsibility of the customer. Once the items have been verified and received, Outlier will process the return.
Return process:
- Contact Outlier – Contact the customer support team within the specified timeframe (listed above). Contact information for the Outlier team can be found here (https://www.getoutlier.com/contact/).
- Prepare the product(s) for return – Please make sure the product(s) is packed well to avoid damage in the shipping process.
- Ship the product(s) – Outlier offers returns shipping inside the United States. Return shipping internationally is not available.

Outlier does not have control over the processing timeframes for bank account and credit card refund transactions. After Outlier processes a refund, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Please allow 14 business days before reaching out to Outlier regarding this matter.
